University Policies

Discrimination and Harassment

The University prohibits discrimination and harassment and requires that accommodations be provided to individuals when such accommodations are reasonable and necessary as a result of an individual’s disability, religion, pregnancy, maternity, or breastfeeding status. The policy describes the procedure whereby the University will investigate and/or resolve complaints of discrimination and harassment.

Reasonable Accommodation

The University at Buffalo is committed to providing equal access to individuals with disabilities, including physical access to programs and reasonable accommodations for members of the University community.  This document includes the procedure by which the University will consider accommodation requests from applicants, employees, students and members of the University community.
